Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned include opened nail polishes, cosmetics, or any personalized products.

To start a return, please contact us at info@n1nails.com. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
